How to open a user's location from the PC app

1. Grant PC users Map Only access or Full access to the management console. Full access will let them add/delete users, add/delete channels, access the message vault (if enabled) and change settings for all users.

2. Make sure you are using the ZelloWork PC app version 2.21 or newer. Older versions won't have this option.

3. Right click on a user and select "Locate contact on map"

4. A browser page will open to a ZelloWork management console. Sign in with the same PC app account to see the user's location on the map.
