Deleting unneeded user accounts from devices

Multiple users can sign in to the network using the same device with the same ZelloWork app but under different account usernames. When users leave the company or are reassigned to new devices, the unneeded accounts can be removed by using the following steps.

Deleting accounts on an Android device 

  1. Log into ZelloWork using your username, password, and network name
  2. From the app menu (3 vertical dots) select Options
  3. From the Options menu, select Accounts

  4. From the Accounts menu, select the username(s) to remove from the device. In this example, we selected "zwuser2"

  5. Long press on the username to display the popup and then tap Remove to permanently delete the account from the device. Note that the username is still active on the network and can be used on other devices if needed

Deleting accounts on an iOS device 

  1. Log into ZelloWork using your username, password, and network name
  2. On the main menu, tap the drop-down arrow to the right of the profile picture

  3. Select the username(s) to delete from the device. In this example, we are deleting "zwuser1"
  4. Select Edit accounts at the bottom

  5. Tap on the round delete icon at the far left and then tap Delete to permanently remove the account from the device. Note that the account is still active on the network and can be used on other devices
