Adjusting the number of users on a subscription
ZelloWork subscriptions are charged monthly or annually. There is a 15% discount if paid annually. From the Management Console, the Admin can select the number of users for the network and the payment plan to use (monthly or yearly). The payment is calculated based on the number of users indicated on the billing page, not the actual number of users configured or active. For example, if you have 250 users on the subscription plan, but only have 100 configured on the network, you will still be billed for 250 users.
You can adjust the number of users at any time from the Management Console as long as there is an active credit card on file:
To adjust the number of users for the network:
- From the Management Console, select Billing from the taskbar
- From the Billing screen, edit the number in the user count box.
