Adjusting the number of users on a subscription

Network admins can adjust the number of users subscribed to their network at any point in time via the network management console. 

To adjust the number of users for the network: 

  1. From the Management Console, select Billing from the taskbar
  2. From the Billing screen, edit the number in the user count box. Screenshot 2024-03-08 at 1.51.25 PM.png

Billing

Keep in mind that your Zello subscription is based on the maximum capacity of your network. This means your payment plan is calculated based on the number of users indicated on the billing page— not the actual number of configured or active user.

For example, if you have 250 users on the subscription plan but only 100 configured on the network, you will still be billed for 250 users. See our pricing page for more information.
