Can I lock the Windows Mobile rugged app settings so users can't change them?

To prevent users from modifying settings, add "LockDown: True Attribute” to the ptt.config configuration file.

This configuration file is in the Windows Mobile rugged device under “\Application Data\Zello <network name> Cloud\.”
