How many users are allowed per channel?

There is no limit as to the number of users that can be added to a channel. However, 10,000 is the limit for active and connected users at one time. Additional capacity depends on available hardware and bandwidth so customers requiring more than 10,000 active users per channel should contact paidsupport@zello.com for assistance.
