Is the On-premise Server automatically updated when a new version is available?

No, it is not automatically updated. ZelloWork On-premise Server requires an update subscription in order to receive updates. If you have the subscription, we will send you an email to notify you of major updates and provide instructions for installing them.

The ZelloWork On-premise Server licensing fee includes the first year of updates and free support. 

A yearly renewal fee is required for technical support and updates after the first year.
