Finding Zello's version number

Zello is routinely updated to address bugs and enhance in-app capabilities. To ensure you’re experiencing all that Zello offers, we recommend operating on the most current version of the app, as new features often carry minimum version requirements for utilization. 

The below instructions detail finding the version of Zello currently installed on your device.

Confirming your Zello version 

iOS

  1. Tap your Zello user icon in the upper left corner
  2. Follow the pathway Settings>Support. Under the Zello logo, you’ll see the version of Zello you’re currently operating on.

Android 

  1. Tap the Zello menu (three dots located in the top right corner)
  2. Follow the pathway Settings>Support. Under the Zello logo, you’ll see the version of Zello you’re currently using. 

Dispatch Hub

Click through the following pathway: Zello>About. The version number will be prioritized at the top of the screen, under the Zello logo. Additionally, available Dispatch Hub updates will appear in a banner at the bottom of the screen.

Operating system requirements 

Note that, in addition to ensuring your Zello app is updated, you’ll also want to ensure your device’s operating systems are current. We update this support article when minimum operating system  requirements change.
