Preventing Android 6.0+ devices from disconnecting in the background

Android 6.0+ has a battery optimization mode that will save battery but prevents Zello from working reliably in the background. To disable this mode follow the steps below:

1. On your home screen, open Android Settings and select Battery
2. 
3. Select Optimise
4. 
5. Select VIEW to see all your apps and their battery optimization settings
6. 
7.  Make sure Zello is set to "Don't close" as shown below:
