Signing in to Zello Work: iOS

This guide provide sign on instructions for new and returning users operating on iOS devices.

Step 1: Install Zello Work (new users)

Open you device's App Store and search "Zello." Install the Zello Walkie Talkie app (pictured below): 

Please note that Zello Work and Zello Consumer are hosted on the same app; see this support article  for instructions on switching between Zello Work and Consumer accounts on the app.

Step 2: Sign In

Initial sign in

Users will receive an invitation via either SMS or email to join a specific Zello Work network. When you receive this email, follow the link to sign in to your account.

Please note that your network admin establishes your username and password. Once signed in, users can change their password according to the steps laid out in this article. 


Upon opening Zello for the first time, you may be prompted to enable key settings on your device. Enabling these permissions will allow you to utilize Zello to its fullest extent. 

Recurring sign in 

Open the Zello app and tap the Zello Work link—located at the bottom of the screen—to log in with your username, password, and network name

*If you’ve forgotten your network name, contact one of your network admins.
