Step 1. Go to the Apple App Store, and download the free Zello app. After installing Zello, tap the black and orange "Z" icon on your home screen to open the app.

Step 2. Select the ZelloWork option to access the Zello Work service.

Step 3. Enter your username, password, AND network name. The network name is required to ensure you are signed in with the Zello Work business product, and not the free consumer product. Find your network name here.
