iPhone Log in Help

Instructions on how to sign in to your ZelloWork account with an iOS device. You will need to sign in to your network to access the ZelloWork business product.


Step 1. Go to the Apple App Store, and download the free Zello app. 

Once you have Zello installed, tap the black and orange "Z" icon on your home screen to open the app.


This is the first screen you will see:


Step 2. Select the ZelloWork option to access the ZelloWork service. 



Step 3. Enter your username, password, AND network name. The network name is the key factor to ensure you are connected with the ZelloWork business product, and not the free consumer product.

If you don't see the Network field, tap the down arrow to the right of the "ZelloWork account" line. This action will bring up the field to enter your network name.


Once logged in to your ZelloWork account, you will be able to view all assigned Contacts and Channels. Read our iOS User Manual for more information on how to use the app.
