If you are experiencing issues with sign on links, here are some things you can try before reaching out to ZelloWork support.
1. Are you not receiving the email?
Please make sure our email did not end up in spam. Verify and resend. If there are still issues, consult your IT team as your email server may be blocking the email.
2. Are you not receiving the text?
Please verify that you are able to receive SMS text messages.
3. Is the QR code not working?
We recommend that you use the built-in Zello scanner. If you are using a different app to scan the code, you will be prompted to open a browser to receive the link- the actual scanning won't sign you in.
