Location sharing is available on Zello for Android and iOS users. PC users are not able to share their location, however, they are still able to receive location information from these users.
Users are able to send their location to a direct contact or channel, including ad-hoc channels. Location sharing provides the recipient an approximate address along with a map view. Here are the details on how it looks on the app side: How do I share my location?
The data usage per location shared within a channel or a direct contact is about 500 bytes.
ZelloWork administrators must enable this feature from the management console.
To enable on the console:
1. Log in to your management console as the admin user
2. Go to Settings>Android>Location Sharing>ON>Save and apply
3. Go to Settings>iOS>ON>Save and apply
