Setting up the Sonim XP3 and XP5s

The XP3 and XP5s does not support the Google Play store, so you won't be able to download any Android apps from them. Additionally, as a security feature, only apps that are signed by Sonim will run on the XP3 and XP5s. If you attempt to download an app without a Sonim signature, the installation may fail and/or it may not work properly. 

To ensure that Zello will install and work properly, you must use the most recently signed .apk file with Sonim's signature from our website. The link to this file is here.

During installation, you may see a screen requesting to verify if you want to install an app downloaded through your browser. Accept this request in order to proceed with the installation. 

After installation, sign in with either your free app username and password or ZelloWork username, password, and network name.
