How to use desktop notifications with Dispatch Hub

With desktop notifications, a dispatcher using the Dispatch App for Windows and Mac OS can now receive a visual reminder of received calls even if Zello is in the background or muted.

These system notifications will show whether a new call or message came in using badges like the one below, here shown in the Mac OS systems tray.

These notifications are also preserved in the Action Center (Windows) and the Notification Center (Mac OS) where you can see the list of past notifications received, and clear it.
