How do I disable profile pictures?

Starting from April 1, 2020 Zello Work will allow users of all existing customers to set their profile picture using Zello app on their mobile device. If you don't want to allow this feature please follow the instructions below.

Disabling profile pictures for all users

  1. From your management console open Settings > Common
  2. Under General section locate "Allow profile images to be assigned and displayed" switch
  3. Toggle it until you see the following state, which means the setting is being overridden by the server and set to be off.
    Note that you might need to click the switch twice
  4. Click "Save and apply" button at the top of the screen.
