How to adjust a user's volume on Dispatch Hub

If you are using Dispatch Hub today, you may have noticed that some users' messages may come in sounding too loud and others may come in too quietly. In Dispatch Hub you can now adjust the volume of any contact to your ideal level. Follow the steps below to learn how to adjust individual user volumes.

How to enable and use per-user volume

  1. Hover over the contact’s cell in the “Calls” tab OR at the top of the history screen and click on the 3 dot menu icon

  2. Click on “Adjust Volume”

  3. Move the slider to the volume level desired.
